zoomStand filed a patent application with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office this week to protect its core design and functions which it has developed for its modular laptop and tablet stand. This patent application is the first of several zoomStand plans to file in the upcoming months, leading up to a non-provisional patent to be filed sometime in 2013. zoomStand retained Snell & Wilmer LLP, the West’s largest full service business law firm centered on intellectual property counseling to prepare and file the patent application.
